FRONT SUSPENSION - FRONT WHEEL ALIGNMENT 31-11
(c) Release the shield clamp.
(d) Unscrew the locking nut of the horizontal
steering rod.
(e) Adjust the wheel front hub by changing the
steering tie rod. Shortern the tie rod to
increase the positive front hub and extend the
tie rod to increase the negative front hub.
(f) When adjusting the front hub, change the tie
rods on both sides simultaneously, in the
same direction and to the same extent.

(g) After the adjustment, tighten the locking nut
of the horizontal steering rod.
Torque: 81 ~ 99 N·m
(h) Install the shield clamp.
8 . Check the front wheel hub
(a) Measure the distance D between the central
lines on two front treads of two front wheels
and the distance B between the central lines
on two rear treads of two front wheels, so that
the difference between A and D equals to the
front hub value.
Front wheel hub standard C-D/A+B:(2.2 ±
1) mm/(0.05±0.05)′
