HEATER AND AIR CONDITIONING - A/C PIPE 61-37
REPLACEMENT
NOTICE
Work with dedicated service systems applicable to this model.

Since leakage is common in the A/C system, keep the workspace well ventilated.
Seal the disconnected pipes with plugs, to prevent impurities from entering the system.
Use a new O-ring and apply some coolant before installation.
1 . Disconnect battery negative cable. (Refer to "Chapter 20. Start & charge - battery,
replacement")
2 . Collect the refrigerant. (Refer to "Chapter 61. A/C system - refrigerant,
replacement")
3 . Remove the A/C High Pressure Pipe
(a) Disconnect the pressure switch connector.
(b) Unscrew the retaining bolts of the high
pressure pipe and disconnect the pipe.
