13. The crankshaft bush (classification)
Has been matched with the crankshaft of the correct thickness at delivery. The color
point presents the bush thickness. The color and mounting position of the cylinder
block upper bush are marked on rear end face of the cylinder block using letters.
The color and mounting position of the cylinder block lower bush are marked on
the first balancing block of the crankshaft. The first letter represents the bearing cap
1, and the second letter represents the bearing cap 2, and so forth.Record these
letters, and find out the corresponding color according to these letters.
R = Red
B = Blue
R Standard main bush thickness: 2.491 ~ 2.497 mm
B Standard main bush thickness: 2.497 ~ 2.503 mm 12C
PROMPT:
As a general rule, where the main bush is provided as a spare part, only “blue” mark will
be given.

14. Install the cylinder block.
The cylinder block main bearing cap is
marked with digits and arrow, and the
production line data is marked on the rear
end face of the cylinder block (at the red
