(c). Install the clip (arrow direction) onto the
upper small coolant pipe unit.

(d). Install the hose clamp (arrow direction)
onto the upper small coolant pipe hose.
PROMPT:
• If the hose clamp is rusted or damaged, replace
it.
• Note that the hose clamp shall be fixed at 2 ~
3mm from the pipe nozzle.

10. Remove the upper small coolant pipe unit (for the horizontal engine)
NOTICE：
After the upper small coolant pipe unit is removed, use the plastic bag to wrap it to avoid
the entry of foreign matters into the front coolant pipe subassembly.

(a). Disconnect the clip (arrow direction ) and
move aside the wiring harness.
