Mindset- The “Secret” To Unlocking Your TRUEST Potential


               Regardless or your religious or spiritual beliefs, there are many techniques and actions that the
               majority of MILLIONAIRES, and BILLIONAIRES do that they attribute to much of their success.

               Please keep an open mind, IN NO WAY, and I promoting or encouraging anyone to do anything
               that is against what they believe in.

               We are all different, our beliefs, our schedule, our budget, our minds, the following is to help
               remove the clutter, self-doubt, and other obstacles we put in our own ways without realizing it!



                                             Brain Food – Exercising Your Mind


                   1.  Read Daily           15 mins-1 hour

                   -  Business books, biographies, magazines, and HOW TOs about your industry

                   -  Spiritual books, organization/time management books

                   -  Financial Education books

                   -  Light hearted, “fun” things to wind down, even romance novels (sometimes you need a
                       break from the GROWTH, taking breaks is a part of the growth)



                ***The “average” millionaire reads 60 books a year, compared to 1 book a year for middle class
                people!  Warren Buffet and Bill Gates takes 1-2 weeks OFF per year and just READS, think about
                                                          that!***


                   2.  Meditation    10 mins+

                   -  Meditation, many find it hard, but you can look up ways to meditate, but please know
                       this, there is no “wrong” way to meditate.  Some will even listen to music while doing it.
                       Doing 5 mins in morning and 5 mins before bed can really change everything about your
                       day!

                   -  With or without music, remaining still, quiet, and “relaxed” reduces stress, and makes
                       you more clear headed.  Steve Jobs, and Russell Simmons used/uses meditation as a
