2. Affirmations
- Come up with 5-10 statements of positivity you will say to yourself, in the morning in
the mirror, at night before bed in the mirror.
Writing them down on POST-IT notes on your mirror if there is room, it an AMAZING
tactic, also around your home office, or work office! Have them around you or at least a
few if you are around other people, that way you continuously see these statements,
soon, its second nature!
3. Vision Board
- Physical one and mobile app one. Create one or both!
4. Write 3 tasks you MUST complete each day
- Don’t be that person that writes down 20 things you need to get accomplished, this will
overwhelm your brain, cause anxiety, and chances are, all 20 won’t be completed.
- Ask yourself at the beginning of the day what 3 things are PRIORITY to accomplish, now
in the checklist portion of the training, there are way more than 3 tasks per day, your
checklist for business should be 1 task. Maybe your 2 & 3 can be to read and
walk/meditate
BIGGEST WAY TO STAY FOCUSED ON PUSHING TOWARDS & ACHIEVING YOUR GOALS?
Reward yourself!
All work and NO play will burn you out. That is one of the many reasons why MINDSET is
important. You see lots of “marketers” online claiming you MUST work work work, and if
you watch TV, or go to the club, or buy Jordans, etc then you are WRONG!
Listen, here is the real deal!
I watch some TV, and NOT just Shark Tank. I watch and learn marketing tactics, and get
ideas all the time, I keep it all in my NOTES on my phone!
TV is a gateway into the mentality of your target audience, and it’s ok to indulge in Netflix,
or your favorite sitcom!
DO NOT turn into a robot that will burn out within 3-6 months!
