If you want to do a Facebook Live or share a Video day time isn’t the BEST TIME, unless during
“normal” lunch breaks. That is why evenings are great for those. The most popular day of the
week for Facebook is WEDNESDAY!

Another rule I go by when thinking about my TARGET AUDIENCE, is

???????WHAT ARE THEY DOING THROUGHOUT THEIR DAY??????

Here is the CURRENT Facebook guide to the WHEN to post, now keep in mind, this isn’t industry
specific and should be used as a STARTING GUIDE along with the DATA you collected about
your TARGET AUDIENCE!

With the recent algorithm change on the Facebook platform, Wednesday is NOT the most
popular day anymore, although Wednesday is quite popular on other platforms.

“We” as in the people running TESTING, and the “experts not say THURSDAY-SUNDAY are the
best performing days with:

Sunday & Saturday see 32% more engagement
Thursday & Friday see 18% more engagement

As to the TIMES, 80% of the US population is located in the EST & CST time zones, so anytime in
this training a TIME is suggested, it will be EST.

Best times to post? According to the DATA? 9am, 1pm, and 3pm

My own data has shown posts between 5pm-9pm rank high for me and my brand.

 Tip to analyze your performance, you can do 2 things, go to the INSIGHTS tab on your
Facebook Business Page, I like to screenshot my page stats every Monday to see the
growth, or use the website “Likealyzer”

NOW to DIVE into your NICHE or INDUSTRY—Remember KNOWING your WHO is what will
make you SUCCESSFUL with ANY business!

If your target is COLLEGE STUDENTS, they are in class typically during the day, so NIGHT TIME
hours are KEY

If you are in the GAMING industry, NIGHT TIME is also the peak time!
