In mid-September, the whole world was shocked by the
successful attack of the Houthi — Shiite Yemeni rebels — on the
refineries of Saudi Arabia in Abqaiq and Khurais. The Houthi
have not only dealt a serious blow to the Saudi infrastructure,
but also overcame the kingdom’s air defences unimpeded.
