           Operating a business or starting a new business venture can be a hassle. The stressors of work life and personal
           life can take its toll on an individual. The best way to not succumb to the pressures of burn out are to utilize time
           management.  What  is  time  management?  Time  management  is  properly  planning,  and  consciously  balancing
           time spent on specific activities. To help you determine how to increase your productivity and effectiveness.

           Having proper time management etiquette will help with managing work
           and personal life, you will be able to see the improvement in both areas
           which  will  lead  to  a  happier  life.  Proper  planning  and  goal  setting  will
           increase the effectiveness of productivity. Proper time management will
           increase in achieving goals and producing more results.

           This article will provide you practical steps on how to handle distractions.

           How to Handle Distractions
                   •  Schedule and block time in your calendar to focus on your planning. This means you’re email-free,
                      social media-free and phone-free during this time.
                   •  Clean up your emails, unsubscribe from email lists you don’t need.
                   •  As a GOALDigger, have two separate emails for personal and professional use.
                   •  Remove or log out of the social media apps on your phone. If they’re not easily accessible to browse
                      during the day, you have more time to focus on YOU.
                   •  During your goal-setting time, have your phone on silent and try not to look at/or answer the phone
                      during this time.
                   •  Find a designated quiet space where you can focus and be comfortable with little to no distractions.
                   •  During the day, give yourself a time-limit to browse social media, once that time is up, SIGN OUT!
                   •  Remember GOALDiggers only have time to focus on accomplishing their goals; there is NO time to
                      compare your goals with anyone else.
