2.3.4 With regard to cycling infrastructure, the site is located approximately 965m to
the south of National Cycle Route 1, as shown in Figure 2-6 below. Access to this
route can be achieved via the A2 and Church Lane, which are both subject to
reduced speed limits and as such are considered suitable for on-carriageway
cycling.
