2.4 Public Transport Infrastructure

2.4.1 The closest bus stop to the site is located approximately 450 metres to the west,
within Newington village, taking approximately 6 minutes on foot. This stop is
serviced by Routes 326, 327, 328 and 731. A summary of these bus and coach
services is provided in Table 2-1 below, with the full bus timetables included at
Appendix A.

2.4.2 Newington Railway Station is located approximately 650 metres from the site,
taking 8 minutes on foot. From this station, services to London Victoria are
provided twice hourly, with additional services to Ramsgate and Dover Priory
running every hour. Connections to High Speed services to London St Pancras can
also be gained from Rainham and Sittingbourne twice hourly.
