Yet he himself (David HaMelech) said (Tehilim 73:9) “They
raised their mouths against Hashem in Heaven while their him, “There is no one here that has earned that merit.” Meanwhile, two
tongues strutted about on the Earth.” Who caused them to raise other men entered the marketplace and Eliyahu HaNavi declared these two
their mouths against Heaven? Their tongues, which first walked men earned the merit of entering Olam Haba. Rebbe Berokah asked them
in the land (i.e., in a gathering of wicked people). This is the “What is your occupation?” They answered him, “We are comedians, men

to gather together in corners, and the assembling together of them up. When we see people arguing, we work to establish peace between
them” (Note that it is a great mitzvah to pull someone out of his or her
ignorant people, and attending party halls together with those misery and sadness. One who does this fulfills the mitzvah of loving-your-
who drink liquor. But the conversation of righteous Jews is only neighbor-as-you-love-yourself. This action greatly pleases HaKadosh
in the context of Torah and wisdom. Therefore HaKadosh Baruch Baruch Hu. The analogy is one who has a son in a distant city who is
Hu strengthens their hand and gives them merit through it, as the overwhelmed by sorrow and suffering. The father most certainly yearns
pasuk states (Malachi 3:16) “Then those who fear Hashem spoke to find, at the very least, a man who will comfort and befriend his son
and work with him to pull him out of his sorrow so that he won’t become
to one another and Hashem listened and heard, and a book of sickened by his troubles).
