FINDINGS FYP Supervisor: Dr. CHAN Yin Lun
To address Hong Kong's urgent problems of ecological degradation, and
disconnect from agricultural history, this initiative aimed to show how sustainable
agritourism may revitalize neglected rural environments. We have demonstrated
through the Ting Kok case study that expired farms can be turned into useful,
multipurpose areas that promote local economies, biodiversity, and community
involvement all at once.
