PROPOSED SCHEMES FOR

CAMPUS LAND USE

(Scheme 3)

1. The Institutional Use will be

comprised of the existing academic,
administration, recreational, and
R&D zones. The expansion shall be
done in the remaining areas sur
rounding the said zones.

2. The Commercial Use zone shall be
on the southern part of the campus,

easily accessible from both the
Residential and Institutional Zones.

3. The northern part of the campus is
allotted for Industrial Use (agro-

industrial).

4. The Residential Use zones shall be

expanded to the southern part of the
campus. The existing academic
zones shall be transferred to the
Institutional Use Zone.

5. All remaining lands (Open Spaces)
shall be used for agricultural
