CAMPUS LAND USE
(Scheme 1)
1. Designating the core/center
primarily for Institutional Use which
will be comprised of the academic
zone, administration zone,
recreational zone, and R&D zone.
2. The southwest part near the
Echague Municipal Complex is
allotted for Commercial Use to
provide community services such
as market and possibly, a hospital.
3. The northern part of the campus is
allotted for Industrial Use (agro-
industrial).
4. The Residential Area at the rear
portion of the campus will be
extended to accommodate future
housing needs for both students
and employees.
5. All remaining lands (Open Spaces)
