PROPOSED SCHEMES FOR
CAMPUS LAND USE
(Scheme 2)
1. Designating the core/center
primarily for Institutional Use which
will be comprised of the academic
zone, administration zone,
recreational zone, and R&D zone.
2. The edge of the campus along the
Pan-Phil Highway is dedicated for
Commercial Use. There is also a
Commercial Zone located in the
middle of the campus core to serve
ISU’s students and employees.
3. The northern part of the campus is
allotted for Industrial Use (agro-
industrial).
4. The Residential Zones are scattered
around the campus, near the
existing settlements of neighboring
communities.
5. All remaining lands (Open Spaces)
shall be used for agricultural
