FINAL PROPOSED CAMPUS

            LAND USE (SCHEME 4)



     The final proposed land use plan is the result
     of the inputs and comments gathered during

     the second presentation in November 2018.
     Projects on the pipeline and targeted
     developments for the future were included in
     the plan. The features of this plan are as
     follows:


     1.    The Institutional Core will be located
           on the center of the campus
           surrounded by the loop road. The
           colleges shall be zoned together and
           those that will be displaced will be

           moved to the Institutional Core.
     2.    The southern part of the lot near an
           existing community will be dedicated for
           Residential/Housing development.
     3.    The front part of the campus shall be
           allotted for Commercial development.
           This shall be eyed to provide services
           not only for the campus but for the
           people of Echague as well.

     4.    The northern part near the area leased
           by NFA will be dedicated for Agro-
           Industrial development. Fifty hectares
           will also be allotted for the establishment
           of PhilCorn.
     5.    The area near the Academic and
           Research Zones shall be used for Eco-
           tourism projects and activities.
     6.    A linear park/open space development
           shall be created along the entry road.
     7.    Teaching and research fields shall be

           located near the Academic and
           Research Zones for easy access to both
           students, faculty and researchers.
