            Income
Income is a reward received from various employment activities that
follow the demands of sharia to meet the needs of life. Salmawati et al.
(2018) owning a comfortable home and a vehicle for family use is a
part of the living needs. These life needs are met by a source of
income. According to Sufean Hussin (2004), if the employee's salary
is insufficient in meeting the living needs, the individual will seek
additional sources of income, which will interfere with their ability to
do the existing work. Tugimin et al. (2009) and Siren et al., (2018), if
individual salary increases the level of satisfaction will also increase.
Salary is a person's source of income, so the amount of money
contributed to cash waqf depends on his income level.

            Trusting in Waqf Institutions
Trust is an important component in increasing people's confidence in
making donations to charitable organizations (Abdul Shukor et al.,
2019). According to Sargeant et al. (2002), There is a connection
between trusts to contribute. It is therefore the responsibility of the
institution to influence the public to trust the institution. Gaining the
trust of the public is a huge challenge to an institution. According to
Moon, (2017), The community is very hopeful that non-profit
institutions must be reliable and able to manage well in the best
            interests of the community.

If society has the belief that this institution can carry out its goals by
fulfilling social and political commitments in society, then the level of
confidence in this organization will increase. Organizations are
