What is Allscripts/ECIN?

 ECIN is a web based electronic platform, primarily used
by Hospital referrers to transmit referrals to VNSNY (or
other Homecare Agencies).

 Aside from receiving a referral on ECIN, communication
can also occur electronically over ECIN from VNSNY to
the referrer.
