What happens if the Clinical Field Manager (CFM) identifies
an issue with the referral and needs further information?

 The CFM will use their standard Coordination Note (CFM
to Intake- need more information) to alert the BIC to follow
up on missing information or other barriers to care. The
BIC can then transmit messages to the referrer through
ECIN.
