About Partners in Care
Partners in Care, an a liate of the Visiting Nurse Service
of New York, is the largest employer of certi ed Home
Health Aides in New York State and serves all of New York
City, Westchester, Rockland, Nassau and Su olk Counties.
The organization is accredited by the Community Health
Accreditation Partner (CHAP) and licensed by the New
York State Department of Health. As a licensed home
care services agency (LHCSA ), Partners in Care includes
two business units: one that provides home care services
covered by Medicare, Medicaid and private insurers; and
another unit that provides private pay services.
In 2018, Partners in Care’s two business units cared for more
than 22,000 clients. This care included home health aide
services as well as an array of other home care services such
as skilled nursing; geriatric care management; rehabilitation
services; speech-language pathology; and immunization
services to the community and to corporate customers.
