                                         The  potential  of  fuel  ash  as  zeolites  feedstock  were  deserted  by  palm  oil
                                         industries, for instance CH Biotech SdnBhd, of which the waste was not processed

                                         for commercializable products. Thus, this project aims to solve this issues through   71
                                         the transfer of knowledge on hydrothermal alkaline technique under ultrasound
                                         irradiation (HAUT) for zeolites synthesis from Oil Palm Ash/ Palm Oil Mill Fuel Ash
                                         (OPA/POMFA) as sustainable material.
                                         The  technology  of  the  OPA  characterization  for  elemental  composition,
                                         morphology,   thermal-gravimetry,   surface   area,   diffraction   patterns,
                                         Hydrothermal-Alkaline-Ultrasound   Technique   (HAUT)   and   zeolites   via
                                         theoretical  and  practical  has  been  completely  transferred.    Composition
                                         analysis of the produced proved that OPA contain high silicon dioxide which is major
                                         component typically used in the manufacturing of zeolites. The optimal resulted
                                         zeolites ( SiO2/Al2O3=>5) was found by alkaline/POMFA ratio of 1:3, time of 2.5 h
                                         and temperature of 70°C using power of 800 W and frequency of 4.5 kHz.
                                         The  synthesized  zeolites  can  be  considered  as  an  alternative  material  for
