Operational procedures


                6.2.3     Aircraft documents and papers


                There are a lot of documents and papers that must be kept on board the aircraft

                and accompany the aircraft during both operation and service as well as when

                buying and selling.


                The documents that belong to the aircraft's approval are:
                     -  Registration certificate

                     -  Airworthiness certificate

                     -  Airworthiness review certificate (ARC)

                     -  Flight manual with a list of approvals

                     -  Noise certificate

                     -  Permission to establish and operate a radio station in the aircraft

                     -  Insurance certificate

                     -  Aircraft log (journal)

                Apart from the ARC, the above-mentioned papers are static.





                The documents that belong to the operation of the aircraft are:
                     -  Weighing report

                     -  Checklists and emergency checklists

                     -  Procedures for interception

                     -  Maps and frequency lists (updated)


                We will now take a closer look at the various documents.




                6.2.3.1     Aircraft registration - registration certificate


                Here you see Midtjysk Flyveskole's Cessna 172.

                The  aircraft  was  purchased  in

                Switzerland  and  therefore  has

                identification      letters     from

                Switzerland.


                The registration starts with HB.
