6.2.3.3 Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC)
There is no validity period stated on the Airworthiness Certificate, but for it to
be valid, the Airworthiness Review Certificate must be valid.
Here you can see an Airworthiness Review
Certificate also called ARC (Airworthiness
Review Certificate)
This certificate has an expiration date, and
you must ensure that the aircraft is approved
before expiration.
It is a CAMO (Continuous Airworthiness
Maintenance Organization) that we must
ensure the airworthiness of the aircraft.
6.2.3.4 Flight Manual
This document is an "approved Flight Manual"
As stated in point 4, the aircraft must be
operated according to the instructions and
operational limitations stated in the specified
points.
The manufacturer's flight manual, POH
(Pilots Operating Handbook), is mentioned
and must be carried in the aircraft.
We can see that the aircraft is approved for
IFR flight, and that applicable weight and
balance data must also be available, as well
as loading instructions and an updated equipment list.
