STRATEGY
In 1990 Strategy is a negative contributor. The strategy
devised under Andros had failed. The business was on a
markedly downward path. Diversification and excessive
growth threatened to overwhelm the core businesses.
In 1995 Strategy was a clearly a very positive contributor.
There was a focus on the core businesses and non-core
activities had been disposed of.
