MANAGEMENT
In 1990 Management was very weak and should be
recorded as a major negative contributor. The board was
divided and relatively ineffective. This was demonstrated
by its inability to control the enthusiasm of Andros.
The management team in 1995 was a small cohesive
group. There was strong, focused leadership based on a
professional approach.
