                       Service Industry

      Quality defined as “the consistent delivery of products
and service according to expected standards”. Moreover,
quality defined as “doing the right things right, simply means
balancing the three sets of expectations in the organization: the
expectations of internal customers, external customers and
financial”.

2-2 Importance of Quality

      Quality is not a new concept and is an important aspect of
