Happy 50 Wedding Anniversary

Our very own Dr. Binod K. Verma and his lovely wife,
Meena, just celebrated 50 years of marriage!

I had the pleasure of attending this jubilee celebration
which was filled with love and laughter as they marked this
milestone with family and friends. Binod and Meena tied
the knot in 1972 and they have two adult children, Rohit
and Supriya. His son, Dr. Rohit Verma, is a spine surgeon
in NY. His daughter, Dr. Supriya Verma, is a dentist and a
member of the AGD.

Dr. Verma feels that in the present world, the value of mar-
riage is undermined by the busy day to day hectic lifestyles
that couples may endure with work and raising a family.
Both Binod and Meena worked hard by paying extra atten-

a better society. They take pride in celebrating 50 years of Dr. Supriya Verma, Mrs. Porcelli, Paula and Gerald Bostick, and Dr. Eugene Porcelli.
marriage. Their hope is to show their children that they too
can achieve this milestone with patience and understanding.

This celebration also brought the entire family together with the goal of making the anniversary a memorable moment.
Dr. Verma has been a member of the AGD and the ADA for over 30 years. He has served as President of NYSAGD for 2008 and 2009 as
well as President of Nassau County Dental Society for 2020.
