IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING EMAILS FROM THE REGION

We are aware of issues where not all members are receiving emails sent through the
Regional email provider. We have been working with the technical staff at Harmony Site
to understand what is causing these issues and what can be done about it. There are
many email providers, each with their own protocols and policies. These companies often
update their policies which in essence changes the rules for accepting emails; our email
provider must then make changes to meet the current rules of the various email
providers. This cycle of change is never ending as technology is constantly evolving.

There is no one or easy fix but there are a few things you can do to help ensure you
receive emails from the Region. First off, if your email provider allows you to whitelist or
designate an email address as safe, please do so with the Region email addresses.
Also, be sure to check your Spam or Junk Mail folder often for any possible emails from
the Region.
