Results: A functioning ability and quality of life of post-stroke patients who
received home-rehabilitation program were statistically higher than usual
rehabilitation (mean±S.D. = 97.2±2.8 vs 76.4±9.4; 0.9±0.02 vs 0.7±0.04; p-value
= 0.02, 0.03 respectively).
Conclusion: The effectiveness of home-rehabilitation was probably beneficial
for post-stroke survivors who discharge from hospital. This model may help to
improve stroke care in health scheme of Thailand.
