pauses, then concludes, “On behalf of the Airline, thank you for your cooperation.”

PUNTA CANA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (PUF)
LANDING: Following the successful landing, and as the jetliner is exiting from
the active flight strip and taxiing to the Airline’s gate, the Chief Flight Attendant
comes over the PA with another announcement:
“Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Punta Cana. Local time is 10:44
Atlantic Standard Time Zone which is one hour earlier than Eastern
Standard Time. And the temperature is 78-degrees Fahrenheit,”
pauses; then continues …
“… Please remain seated and your seat securely fastened until the
aircraft comes to a complete stop at the gate. At which time the Captain
will turn off the seat belt sign to indicate it’s safe to move about in the
cabin. Also, be careful opening the overhead compartment as your
carry-on luggage may have shifted during the flight.”
The Chief Flight Attendant makes one more announcement as the
aircraft continues taxiing to the gate:
“If you’re a smoker please refrain from the nonsmoking areas of the
terminal, inside and outside. All bags mays be picked up at the baggage
claim area. On behalf of WEST INDIES AIR and staff, I would like to
