           Dominican government taxes -- one for entry and the other for when he leaves in a
           few weeks. He tucks the D.R. government receipt and hotel’s Itinerary inside of his

           U.S. passport and drops it into the inside pocket of his jacket. Next, he gathers his
           remaining documents from the CUSTOM OFFICER, and straps his laptop briefcase;
           then takes his leave.
