“Okay, Amigo” turns toward the entrance; but steps aside to allow the
Matthews inside the hotel.
“Thank you, Alonzo,” as she helps her husband into the lobby.
With the opening of the sliding doors, the Matthews are met by a dome high
4.2 metric ton crystal chandelier as they step inside the lobby of the Las Rytano
Suites. Stepping closer they find 500,000 square feet of hand-carved Dalati marble
which is imported from Western Oromia in Ethiopia. And complementing the lobby
are luxurious artistic production in velvet, marble, and mahogany wood.
“Good evening. Welcome to the Las Rytano Hotel. How may I help you?”
“We have a reservation. It's under the name, Matthews.”
A few seconds … “Yes, Mrs. Matthews, we've reserved a suite for you with a
view of the ocean for seven nights. Is that correct?”
“Yes, that is correct.”
“Awesome …” she clicks on ‘print’ and waits. Then she continues, “could you
kindly sign the receipt by the ‘X?’
“Sure,” takes the receipt, reviews it, and reaches for a pen; then signs it. “Here
you go.” returning the signed receipt.
“Thank you, Mrs. Matthews,” accepting the receipt. “Here are your keys to
Suite 318 which is on the third floor. A Bellhop will assist you with your luggage.
Please dial 'O' from your suite should you have any question.”
