                                   where  pre-columbian  men  defied  the  desert  and  created
                                   complex irrigation channels  that  the men of these days have
                                   concreted to make what it is now: a place of beautiful natural
                                   and  artificial  scenarios,  beautiful  landscapes  of  monotonous
                                   and  dusty  plains,  green  valleys  crowded  with  grapes  and  apples,
                                   capricious mountains that can be sandy or rocky ones, sometimes
                                   white with snow or gray and surrounded by threatening  clouds. all
                                   that combined with the early morning perfume of the wetlands and the
                                   smell of the herbs and fruits that the wind brings from the far forests.
                                   the mountain range is always there, looking at us and remembering us
                                   how small we are in front of her.  But mendoza is not only one of the
                                   most beautiful and nice cities of  argentina, it is also a place inhabited by
                                   generous and hospitable men and beautiful and brave women of sincere
                                   look.
                                   Because of its particular geography, it is the perfect framework to shelter
                                   the best vineyards of latin america. it is in its wine vaults that the most
                                   exquisite and best known wines of the world are prepared, succulent wines
                                   where one can perceive the flavor of the fruit grown in this generous land,
                                   such as apple, cherries and even the taste of the soil that sometimes is
                                   dry and hard other times is kind and fertile. with a little bit of patience
                                   one can recognize the aromas and appreciate the abundant and varied
                                   sensations that the old art of drinking may give to us. this would have
