The high school point of contact information and district calendar are included in this
handbook. It is important for you to remember that you are adhering to the high school’s
calendar and not to VVC’s calendar.
Course Administration
Coordinator of Dual Enrollment
Faculty must contact the Coordinator of Dual Enrollment, Chris Piercy or Dual Enrollment Secretary, Jill
Caldwell prior to the beginning of the term. It is important that we have your contact information and cell
phone number. Primary communication will be conducted through VVC email. It is very important to
frequently check your VVC email for updates and deadlines.

Attend Instructor Workshop or Orientation
Prior to the delivery of a Dual Enrollment/CCAP class, new faculty must attend a new faculty orientation
and all faculty must receive specific material as it pertains to Dual Enrolment/CCAP Program by their
Dean’s office.
Course Outline of Record
The course outline of record will be provided by the dean’s office.
Courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement at the SCHOOL DISTRICT shall adhere
to the official course outline of record and the student learning outcomes established by
the associated COLLEGE academic department. (VVC Dual Enrollment: CCAP MOU)
Courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement at the SCHOOL DISTRICT shall be of the
same quality and rigor as those offered on COLLEGE campus and shall be in compliance
with VVC academic standards and the Course Outline of Record (COR). (VVC Dual
Enrollment: CCAP MOU)
Students enrolled in COLLEGE courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement at the
SCHOOL DISTRICT shall be held to the same standards of achievement as students in courses
