ORIENTATION AGENDA

Conduct the orientation in a quiet place in the restaurant . Create a cheerful, and comfortable environment with
refreshments and snacks, and make sure you are prepared with all of the materials you will need (pens, new hire
packets, training manual, I-9/WOTC instructions, attire guidelines, provide uniform) .

The pages that follow will assist you in delivering an effective orientation . It’s up to you to bring meaning to the
content as you deliver the information to newly hired employees .
