Incentives
                 The employees should be able to understand our awards . Please emphasize the referral program . A full explanation
                 of each incentive policy, including parameters and restrictions can be found on FOXCentral .

                 Year of Service
                 Upon working for FRC for 1 year, all employees are invited to enjoy a dinner on us, so they can experience the
                 product of their hard work, and great hospitality, as a guest . Invitations are sent to the employee’s home address
                 (on file) for them and up to three guests to enjoy a meal at any of our locations .
                 10 Year Anniversary
                 As a reward and thanks for their loyalty, after 10 years of continuous service at FRC, employees receive a
                 personalized note and a $1,000 gift card .
                 Coyle Shopper & EcoSure Sanitation Rewards
                 Upon receiving 100% scores on either Coyle Shopper or EcoSure Sanitation Reports, restaurants are rewarded
                 $300 in gift cards to be distributed to the hourly employees that impacted that shift .

                 Focus On eXcellence
                 Managers are able to recognize hourly employees for acts “above and beyond” their normal scope of work by
                 awarding them $10 gift cards provided by the Big Kitchen .
                 Referral Program
                 In order to reward employees for identifying and referring candidates for employment, FRC will pay $1,000 to
                 any employee referring a management candidate that is hired, and $100 to any employee referring an hourly
                 candidate that is hired .
                 Tuition Reimbursement
                 To encourage employees to continue their education, FRC will reimburse eligible employees for tuition expenses
                 related to academic courses that are business or job-related, up to $1,000 per calendar year .

                 STRETCH BREAK

                 Use this time to take a tour of the restaurant and its facilities . Make sure each employee is shown the kitchen, dining
                 room, bathrooms, office and any other details or area of the restaurant that make it special .
                 *Use this time to point out safety items throughout your restaurant (i .e . location of SDS sheets, chemicals, broken
                 glass container, fire safety, ansul system, etc .) .
