                 Speak to our new hires about the role of the Big Kitchen and why we refer to it as that . The organizational chart is
                 located on FOXCentral . Please have a copy as a reference when describing the roles and responsibilities .

                 Our Concepts
                 The employees should be able to understand the essence of each FRC concept . Once you have presented each,
                 ask each employee to describe one that stands out to them, other than the one they will be working in .
                 Restaurant Locations
                 Review and distribute the restaurant locations document so that employees know all locations . It can be found on
                 FOXCentral .

                 Benefits
                 New employees should be fully aware of all of the benefits available to them .

                 Medical Benefit Eligibility (Hourly)
                 Medical benefits are available to full-time hourly employees who average 30+ hours per week over a defined
                 12 month period . A legal spouse and dependent children up to age 26 are also eligible for coverage .
                 We offer a choice of four medical plan options through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona (BCBS) . While all
                 of the plans are Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans and cover the same medical services, each plan
                 features its own coverage levels, co-payments, deductibles, co-insurance and cost per pay period .

                 Wellcard RX
                 Our free prescription and health care discount card gives employees and their family access to pre-negotiated
                 savings on a wide range of health care products and services, including: prescription drugs, vision care, dental
