                     1.  Physical stressors like (hunger, thirst, heat, pain, cold, illness and


                         injury).


                     2.  Psychological stressors as (frustration, anger, and worry).


                     3.  Environmental stressors as ( polluted air and water, noise and

                         crowding)


                     4.  Social  stressors  as  (  religion,  unemployment,  and  sexual
                         harassment)



            VI.     Ways to reduce stress include:

                    Spending time with friends.

                    Going for a walk.

                    Laughing.

                    Participating in activities that have such as religious or spiritual


                     activities.

                    Practicing deep breathing.

                    Listening to guided imageries.


                    Practicing meditation.

                    Writing about what bothers
