              of  good  health.    Proper  food  and  good

              nutrition       are  essential  for  survival,


              physical  growth,  mental  development,

              performance  and  productivity,  and  reduce

              risk for major chronic diseases as (Obesity,

              diabetes, and heart diseases).




           Types of nutrients:


                     1.  Macronutrients; proteins, fats, .and carbohydrates.

                     2.  Micro nutrients; vitamins & minerals.
