Make Division of the vehicle. This field is populated based VIN.
Warranty Status Indicates if the vehicle is within the manufacturer’s
warranty. This is a manual input field.
Model Model of the vehicle. This field is populated based VIN.

Warranty Start Date the warranty begins. This field is populated based
VIN.
Year Model year of the vehicle. This field is populated based
VIN

Mileage Current mileage of the vehicle. This is a manual input field

Activities

Once a new SR has been set up or an existing SR has been selected
 Add activities to your record.

 An activity must be created for every action that is taken on the case
o The list of activities should function as a case summary that shows
every step that was taken to resolve the issue.

 To create a new activity
 Click the “New button” on the
