ICS Siebel 8.1 and Master Template Overview

If the VIN the customer is calling is
pertaining is not already in the “vehicles
tab”
 You must add the VIN.
 Click the New button
 Add vehicles box is populated
 Enter the VIN

 Click Go

 If the VIN is in the system
o Highlight the matching VIN
o Click the OK button

o The VIN is now associated with the Contact and will appear in the
“vehicles tab”
 If no matching records are found

o You must add the VIN to the system.
o Click the New button:

 The “vehicle tab” is populated
 Enter the VIN and click the search button:
