ICS Siebel 8.1 and Master Template Overview

 If there is more than one result, a list of matches is populated

 Scroll through the list to locate the appropriate component
 Click to highlight the row
 Click pick to select a code and enter the UCC description.

REMINDER: If an exact match was found, the Pick UCC Code Box will be populate
automatically.

 The UCC Dialog box reappears with the UCC Code and “Description” fields
completed for this new UCC Code record.
 Click the Symptom drop-down menu button to choose a symptom (the available
symptoms correspond to the UCC that was chosen)
 Click OK.
