ICS Siebel 8.1 and Master Template Overview

 Select the UCC
 Click the multi-select button in UCC field:

 The UCC Codes window is displayed
 Click the New button

 The Primary field is automatically selected for the first UCC entered.
 Click the single select button in the UCC Code field:

 The UCC Code dialog box is populated
 Select the search criteria in the “Find Field” (Description, UCC, etc)
 Enter a search string in the “Starting With” field
 Click go to use the Find function to identify the appropriate UCC Code (Searches
are case sensitive!)
