Signages should be easy to understand.

             Upon arrival at the office


                    •  Masks are compulsory and should be worn at all times.
                 •  A disposable/surgical mask will be provided to guests or staff without a

                     mask. These are single use masks and are not reusable. Please refer to

                     guidelines for correct use of surgical and cloth masks.
                 •  Two cloth masks will be distributed to each employee as they become
                     available. These masks are for employees’ own use, are not to be shared

                    and must be washed daily.

                 •  Each workstation will have sanitiser for use by the employee as and when
                     necessary.


             Temperature screening

                 •  All employees  will  have to undergo temperature  screening upon
                     entering and leaving the premises.

                    •  The receptionist will read and record each person’s temperature. These
                     readings will be recorded on a roster on a daily basis.
                 •  Records will be kept for a minimum of a month, to assist with contact
                     tracing and management of our office environment and your safety.

             Soci  al Distancing

                 •  Social distancing will remain in place at the recommended distance of

                    1.5 m.
                 •  Meeting room capacity should be reduced to 50% of the capacity and

                     limited to a maximum of 5 people
                 •  Vinyl stickers on the floors to re-enforce social distancing

                 •  Usable desks will also be clearly marked, with only one person to be
                     situated at a workstation of four desks.

                 •  The layout of all communal areas will be changed to manage access
                    and accommodate social distancing.

             Personal Hygiene:

                 •  All employees must sanitize their hands before entering the building.

                 •  Please remember to wash your hands for at least 20 seconds or sanitize
                     after touching anything in communal areas.

                    •  A strict cleaning regime will be scheduled to ensure everyone’s hygiene
                     and safety during COVID-19.
                 •  Special focus has  been placed on  cleaning  and sanitizing the  high
                     contact areas around the office.

                 •  Encourage employees to bring own cutlery and crockery to the office
                    for personal use.
