COVID-19
Protocol for Returning to the Office during level-4 Lockdown
To achieve alignment on Covid19 contingency plans, sharing of relevant
information, handling of Covid19 cases if necessary, maintaining the fine
balance between Worker safety and need for continuing operations.
While the shift from Lockdown Level 5 to Lockdown Level 4 won’t be changing
much with regards to the work from home policies that are currently in place,
we will be returning to the office in interval schedules, during the next phase of
the Lockdown.
In these unpredictable times we understand that this may come with some
uncertainty and wanted to re-assure all employees that our physical place of
work is a space where we all need to feel comfortable and ready to return
with a positive mindset, when the time comes.
To ensure that we are ready for your arrival at the office we are gradually
readying for the wider opening phase that will come in a future phase of
lockdown, however have made all the necessary adjustments to
accommodate those who need to return during the current level 4 of
lockdown.
As a result, several changes have been implemented to our physical office
environment to support a safe return post lockdown. These measures are
outlined below which we trust will give you the level of comfort required.
Recommendations:
Preparing the office before employees return
- Having a glass panel installed at reception.
- Having the offices professionally sanitized.
- Have sanitizers available at:
o Reception
o Kitchen
o Ensure the constant and uninterrupted availability of soap and running
water in bathrooms
o Availability of disposable hand towels in bathrooms.
- Signage on how to wash / sanitize your hands at:
o Reception
o Kitchen
o Bathrooms
- Signage on how to wear and a clean a mask
- Signage on social distancing awareness
- Signages on coughing and sneezing hygiene.
