• Employees are requested to wash their own cups after use and sanitize
their desks before and after use.
• Each desk will have a sanitizing cloth to wipe the telephone before and
after use.
• Ensure that you maintain the 1.5-m social distancing practice.
Routine office hygiene:
• Routinely clean all frequently touched surfaces in the workplace, such
as workstations, countertops, and door handles. Use the cleaning
agents that are usually used in these areas and follow the directions on
the label.
• Provide disposable wipes so that commonly used surfaces (for
example, doorknobs, keyboards, remote controls, desks) can be wiped
down by employees (paper towel will suffice).
• Additional engineering solutions, e.g. increase airflow and ventilation,
where possible engineer out current high-risk high hand contact
surfaces like doorknobs, etc
• regular communication on Covid19, maintain highest level of
awareness
• transport policy aimed at risk management
• sanitize all equipment carried in, before starting to work.
• make sure workstations is 1.5 meters apart.
• identifying high risk staff based on medical background, age profile,
etc.
• additional measures to support staff to boost immune systems.
• include disinfection and sanitizing of all high-frequency touch points,
throughout the building.
• include areas such as stair handrails, control panels, meeting room
tables, desks, pause areas, etc.
• strongly discourage shared computer keyboards or phones and shared
tools in offices.
• where equipment is unavoidably in common use, that hardware will
have to be sanitised between uses, employees should be held
responsible for sanitising both before and after each use.
• surfaces (e.g. desks, tables) and objects (e.g. telephones, keyboards)
need to be wiped with disinfectant regularly.
• disinfect and sanitize all biometric units and door handles frequently.
