8.7 CEO Summary
Johann Kotzé reported that as the CEO he has a mandate to authorise
payments up to R500 000 for working capital. The total amount of all
invoices from a supplier might exceed R500 000 but the invoices are
being paid per project. No project invoice is bigger than the mandate.
The suppliers include SAMIC, retail promotions, AccTech, the AGM
invoices and Monyetla.
According to Willie Miller, the reporting of payments by Johan Kotzé

Decision:
The Board confirmed that the AGM 2021 should be held in the Western
Cape. EB 05/2020-25/02/2020
