His expertise is about preparation and fully
characterization of a series of optically active and
non-active transition complexes of biological

and industrial applications, developing dual-
wavelength β-correction spectrophotometric
methods for analysis of trace concentrations of
ions in industrial wastewater effluents and total
determination and speciation of trace metal ions
and some selected inorganic ions in air aerosols.
He is the consultant at the Centre of Excellence
in Environmental Studies (CEES), King
Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
since 2009 till present. He is an external reviewer
of scientific merits of projects submitted to the
Deanship of Scientific research, King Saud

University since 2008 till present.
