HOW TO MaKe BREAD







                  INGREDIENTS


                  500g strong flour

                  10g salt

                  300ml water

                  5g yeast


                  Yeast dough (optional)

                  Sesame to spread on top when the bread is made

                  HOW TO MAKE BREAD


                  Step 1

                  Put the flour in a bowl and add salt and yeast in
                  chunks. You can also add yeast dough if you wish it
                  to raise earlier. This way the fermentation time
                  will be shorter.

                  Step 2

                  Add water, preferably cold. Keep some aside for

                  later.

                  Step 3

                  Mix the ingredients. Add some water from time
                  to time for the dough to be made.

                  Step 4

                  Once the ingredients are mixed, sprinkle some

                  flour on the table to knead the dough. Start to
                  knead it by folding the dough and rolling it; then
                  mash it. Do this for a while until the dough gets
                  homogeneous, smooth and hard.
